2. Data processed
We process account and contact data, company profiles, manufacturing requests, quotes, messages and voluntarily uploaded technical files. Technically necessary log data may also be generated.
3. Roles and visibility
Customers see only their own requests. F&E Metallbau sees complete customer data. Selected brokerage providers receive only approved, preferably anonymised data. Manufacturers see only approved technical requests and never the end customer's identity.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Processing supports request review, quotation and contract handling, supplier coordination, communication, platform security and legal obligations. Exact legal bases must be reviewed before public launch.
5. Recipients and hosting
Hosting, storage, authentication and email providers may process data under data-processing agreements. Approved manufacturing data may be shared with selected manufacturers for quotation purposes.
6. Retention and rights
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the request, contract or statutory retention duties. Subject to law, individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing.
7. Technical files
Original files are visible only to the customer and F&E Metallbau. Disclosure to brokerage providers or manufacturers requires explicit internal approval. Customer names and identifying metadata must be removed before disclosure.
