We process business account and contact data, manufacturer profiles, manufacturing inquiries, quotes, technical documents and necessary security logs.

3. Origin and visibility

Inquiries are transferred through the protected lohnfertigung.work integration. Prosteel reviews the content. Manufacturers receive full data and approved files only after registration, company review and a documented on-site meeting.

4. Purposes and recipients

Processing supports supplier selection, quotation handling, communication, platform security and legal duties. Hosting, storage, authentication and email providers may process data where required.

5. Retention and rights

Data is retained only as long as needed for transactions, contracts or statutory duties. Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing.
