Terms of use
1. Scope
These terms govern ContractWork use by commercial customers, F & E Metallbau GmbH and manufacturing companies.
2. Contract and order chain
The customer communicates and contracts with F & E Metallbau GmbH. F&E Metallbau may award execution as a subcontract to a contractually bound partner and pays that partner. The subcontractor commissions and pays the performing manufacturer on its own responsibility. No direct contract or communication entitlement between F&E Metallbau or the end customer and the manufacturer arises unless expressly agreed.
3. Accounts
Users must provide accurate and current details. Internal platform roles are assigned only by administrators.
4. Requests and quotes
Customers submit requests to F&E Metallbau. F&E Metallbau reviews the documents and prepares the customer offer. Only customer approval permits F&E Metallbau to award the subcontract; the subcontractor then selects and commissions the performing manufacturer.
5. Confidentiality and IP
Technical documents may only be used for the relevant process. End-customer identities are not disclosed to manufacturers. A separate NDA is recommended for highly confidential content.
6. Prohibited use
Illegal content, malware, unauthorised data collection, circumvention of security controls and content without required rights are prohibited.
7. Moderation
F&E Metallbau and platform administrators may review content, pause requests and restrict accounts in case of risks or legal violations.
8. Liability and final terms
Liability, the allocation of services with external providers, governing law, jurisdiction and remuneration require final legal review.
