1. Operator and scope

ContractWork is the protected manufacturer portal operated by Prosteel Group Sp. z o.o. for commercial manufacturing inquiries.

2. Registration and approval

Access to full inquiries requires accurate company information, Prosteel review and a documented personal on-site meeting. Prosteel may block access in case of risk or legal violations.

3. Inquiries and quotes

Inquiries are received through lohnfertigung.work and released exclusively by Prosteel. Manufacturers submit binding quotes on behalf of their company. Prices, lead times, validity and uploaded quote documents must be complete and accurate.

4. Confidentiality

Technical documents, drawings and project data may be used only to review and perform the relevant process. Disclosure to third parties is prohibited.

5. Prohibited use

Illegal content, malware, unauthorised data collection, circumvention of security controls and use of third-party rights without permission are prohibited.

6. Contract and liability

Platform access does not create an entitlement to inquiries, awards or contracts. Specific orders and remuneration are governed by separate agreements. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
